No-Bake High Fibre Apple Crisp

1 all bran bar1/3 cup sweetened applesauce (can substitute with unsweetened depending on personal tastes)1/3 cup frozen yogurtPinch of cinnamon (optional)
Makes one serving:
1) Crush up one all bran bar into fine crumbs
2) Heat up 1/3 cup of chunky applesauce on stovetop or microwave (homemade is better but store bought works too)
3) Lightly mix applesauce and all bran crumbs together. If the applesauce is not already cinnamon flavoured, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon into the mixture.
4) Top with a scoop of vanilla frozen yogourt - I found 1/3 cup of yogurt to be the perfect amount.
