Taco Chicken Stew (Slow Cooker)

Ingredients
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes1 can (19 oz) black beans1 can (19 oz) kidney beans1 cup tomato sauce1 pkg or 1 oz taco seasoning 1 - 3 (300 grams) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
Mix everything but the chicken in the slow cooker. Lay chicken on top and cover. Cook on LOW for 6 - 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 - 4 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix well.

Serve with sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese and/or tortilla chips (not included in nutritional values).
