Rice Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 c cooked rice2 c 1% milk1/2 c sugar1/2 c Splenda3 lg eggs1/4 tsp salt2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
Lightly butter small glass pans (I use TWO - 3 c pyrex oblong)
Mix eggs, milk, sugars, vanilla and salt with whisk
Add rice & pour
Dot with butter
Start baking, stirring after about 15 min
Bake until slightly brown on top
