Chicken 1lb skined and de boned and fat cut off 2% Velveta cheese speadBroccoliCauliflowerpeas and carrotsWhole wheat pasta noodle your choice
Directions
cook chicken in pan and drain any extra liquid
melt cheese with small amount of milk just enough to make creamy
steam veggies
cook noodles
in LARGE pan combine everything and enjoy. : )
