Butternut Squash Puree

Ingredients
3lb squash cut in cubes (about 9 cups cubed)1 tbsp water1/4 cup skim milk
Directions
~Cut squash into cubes and spread on a sprayed cookie sheet.
~Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
~Puree in blender with milk and water.
