Sweet n Savory Beef n Beans

1 lb. red kidney beans (soaked and rinsed)10 c. water1 Tbsp. olive oil6 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp. chili powder1/2 tsp. cayenne powder1 Tbsp. honey1 lb. round steak, cubed1/2 tsp. each chicken and beef bouillon granules
Soak beans (overnight or for at least one hour). Rinse and drain. Put in large pot with water and start simmering. After about an hour, sear beef cubes in oil and half of honey. Add to beans and add all remaining ingredients. Simmer for another couple hours or until beans are tender and flavors have melded.
Makes about 10 1-cup servings.
