Vietnamese Pineapple Chicken Soup

5 cloves garlic, diced2 medium onions, chopped2 red bell peppers, sliced thin1 TB sriracha (or to taste)3 TB fish sauce3-4 chicken breasts (1 pk)1 can chopped pineapple, in juice1 TB honey1 limecilantropepper3 TB olive oil (or sesame oil)
Heat oil. Saute garlic, onions, sriracha, and fish sauce for 5 minutes. Add pineapple juice. Add chicken, and simmer until cooked almost through. Add peppers, broth, pineapple, and pepper. Simmer for at least 10 minutes. Add honey, lime, and cilantro.
