Ingredients
-1.5 c vanilla soy milk-1.5 c water-.75 c oats-.25 c quinoa-1/8 c sugar-pinch salt-cinnamon, nutmeg (or cloves and cardamom)-1 c frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries work well)
Directions
Bring liquid to boil. Add everything else and bring the heat down to medium. Cook 15 - 20 mins with the lid off. Sit 10 mins before eating. Perhaps top with maple syrup.
