Cucumbers and Sour Cream

Ingredients
2 Cucumbers pealed and sliced very thin3/4 cup light sour cream1/2 t salt3-1/2 T Splenda3 T Cider Vinegar1/2 t dry mustard1 Medium onion sliced thinly
Directions
Salt cucumbers to remove some moisture. Drain and rinse before adding to dressing.

DRESSING
Add a few drops of vinegar to dry mustard and cream thoroughly. Blend all incredients, add cucumbers and refrigerate at least one day.
