Whle wheat pizza dough

Ingredients
1 pkg. dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)1 c. water (very warm)1 tbsp. honey2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour1 tsp. salt1 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Sprinkle yeast into water, add honey, stir and allow to stand 10 minutes. Add flour and salt and work to form dough. knead and place in lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise about 45 minutes. Punch down and spread on pizza pan. Makes 1 large pizza dough. Serves 6.
