simple banana bread

Ingredients
0.75 tsp baking soda3 medium size bananas, very ripe2 cups flour (I use wheat flour, white, all purpose type)1 cup butter (or margerine)1 cup sugar (or splenda)2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)vanilla bean (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Mix sugar and butter until well blended
Add 2 eggs, blend till smooth
Add 3 bananas, again, blend until well mixed

In a separate bowl mix flour and baking soda.
Add in small quantities, until mixture thickens.

pour into well-greased or non-stick loaf pan or shaped mould.

Makes 20 slices
