Core plan Oatmeal pancakes

  • Number of Servings: 10
Ingredients
1 c Instant rolled oats 5 Eggs1 c unsweetened applesauce1 banana1 tsp ground cinamon2 pkts of sweetner
Directions
Add all ingredient to a blend and blend til liquid
(will have a watery consistency)
Cook on a hot griddle like you would with pancakes
Flip when batter is bubbly, once you flip, let cook for a few second and push down slowly on the pancake.
Eat and enjoy
