Low Fat Mandarin Orange with Cream Cheese Frosting Cupcake

1 box yellow cake mix1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce1 15 oz can mandarin oranges in juice4 egg whites1 can whipped cream cheese frosting
Mix together cake mix, apple sauce, oranges, and egg whites.
Pour into 24 cup cake liners.
Bake at 350 until done (about 15 minutes).
Cool.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.

These cupcakes were quite good. I LOVE cupcakes but they are usually so high calorie! Anyway these were super easy to make and they taste really good! I actually got 30 cupcakes out of this recipe so when I redid the math they were 134.5 calories. Thanks for sharing the recipe. - 6/20/11
