Beef, top sirloin, 32 oz Garlic, 2 cloves mincedGinger Root, 1 tsp *Peanut Oil, 3 tbspOlive Oil, 1 tbsp e)Mushrooms, fresh, .66 cup, pieces or slices *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.66 cup Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Zucchini, .66 cup, sliced Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .66 cup Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, .33 cupCornstarch, .0625 cup
Marinate meat in soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Cut all vegetables. Heat half of oil in large skillet. Add marinated meat to pan, reserving any used marinade. Cook until no longer pink. Remove to large bowl, adding any extra juices to reserved marinade. Add remaining oil and stir fry all vegetables until desired doneness. Add cornstarch to reserved marinade mixture and add to vegetables, heating thoroughly. Return meat to pan and heat until ready to serve. Makes 8 one cup servings.
