Chicken, Spinach and Artichokes

1 Chicken breast, boneless and skinless3 Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless2 T. olive oil2 tsp. minced garlic1/4 onion, chopped1/4 green pepper, chopped1-10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach1-6 oz jar marinated and quartered Artichoke heartsSalt and Pepper to taste1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. nutmeg2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
Saute minced garlic, onion and green pepper in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add chicken and brown 5 minutes on each side. Salt and pepper lightly.
Add the spinach and artichoke hearts, nutmeg and garlic powder. Salt and pepper lightly. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Top with feta cheese and cover and simmer another 2-3 minutes.
