3 lbs. Ground Turkey Onion Soup Mix, 1 pkg. 1 Medium Onion, chopped1 cup Fresh Mushrooms, chopped1/8 cup Worchestershire Sauce2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
Combine all ingredients.
I grill these on my grilling pan sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.
Cook until done completely through, about 7 minutes on each side.

All I can say is wow wow wow! I have made turkey burgers before but this recipe is awesome. The minced mushrooms keep the burgers from drying out and the onions, soup mix, and worcestershire sauce give this so much flavor. I halved the soup mix to cut down on the sodium content--still amazing! - 9/1/10
