Oreo Cheesecake

1 1/2 cups oreo crumbs (1 package Murry sugar free oreos-18 and about 6 reduced fat Oreo cookies)2 Tablespoons melted smart balance2 8 oz packages fat free cream cheese1 8 oz package low fat cream cheese1 1/4 cup Splenda2 tablespoons smart balance3 large eggs1 cup cool whip lite1 cup crushed reduced fat oreos (about 12 cookies)
In food processor, grind oreos into crumbs. With the blade running, pour in 2 tablespoons melted smart balance. Press into bottom of eighteen cupcakes lined with parchment.
In mixer, whip cream cheeses, Splenda, smart balance until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Fold in cool whip and crushed oreos. Pour into cupcake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees.
Turn off oven and crack door about 4 inches leaving cake in warm oven for 30 minutes.
Cool completely. Refridgerate overnight. Makes 18 servings. Garnish each half with more cool whip if desired.
