Ingredients
1 C Blueberries (frozen)1 C Water2 T Corn syrup3 T cornstarch3 T sugar2 T honey
Directions
Cook blueberries and half the water over medium heat. When it starts to boil, add corn syrup, sugar and honey. Mix the cornstarch with the remaining half cup of water and stir into blueberry mixture. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Add more or less cornstarch according to your preference for thickness.
