Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb Italian sausage or Hamburger1 Med onion1 clove garlic2 tablespoon parsley1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon Basil leaves1/2 teaspoon salt1 16oz can tomatoes, drained1 15 oz can tomato sauce12 lasagna noodles16 oz 1% cottage cheese1/4 cup parmesan cheese1 tablespoon parsley flakes1 1/2 teaspoon oregano2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese fat free1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook sausage, onion and garlic until brown drain; stir in 2 tbls parsley, sugar, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Break up tomatoes with fork.

Heat to boiling stir occasionally reduce heat simmer until thick about 45 min.

Cook and drain Noodles. May skip this step if using no boil lasagna.

Mix cottage cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons parsley & oregano.

In 9 x 13 baking dish spreae 1/4 cup meat sauce, then noodles, cheese mixture, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Do this 2 more times. Top with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Bake in oven set at 350* for 45 min. let set 10 min before cutting.
