Ingredients
1 lrg garlic clove1 tbsp coarse salt1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp paprika2 tbsp olive oil2 tsp lemon juice2 lbs shrimp, peeled & deveined2 lemons, wedged into 8
Directions

1. Preheat grill (medum)
2. In small bowl combine all seasonings, then stir in olive oil andlemon juice to make a paste
3. In a large bowl toss shrimp until evenly coated, skewered
4. lightly oil grill, cook shrimp until opaque. Serve with lemon
