Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients
2 cups cooked or canned black beans, rinsed2 Tbsp. Almond Butter or Tahini3 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp ground cumin3 Tbsp. Udo's oil or olive oiljuice of one limejuice of one lemon1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend on high speed until thoroughly blended and smooth.
Serve with crackers or as a spread on a tortilla.
Serves 8, 1/4 cup servings
Store in the fridge in a covered container.
