Mexican Casserole

Ingredients
2 green pepper, chopped1 package ground chicken1 tin tomato sauce, low sodium (~350mL)1 tsp each: cumin, chili, onion powder2 cans black beans, rinsed
Directions
Saute chicken and peppers until cooked
In a 2L dish, add spices, tom sauce and 1 can black beans. Mash.
Add chicken mixture. Top with beans.
Bake at 375F for 45 min. Serve with tortillas, salsa and grated cheese, ect.
