YOGURT HALLANAISE SAUCE

Ingredients
3/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt1 egg lightly beaten1 tsp cornstarch1/4 tsp prepared mustard1/4 tsp saltdash hot pepper saucepinch paprika
Directions
In saucepan, whisk together yogurt, egg, cornstarch, mustard and seasonings. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes or until thickened.
