Ingredients
Flax Seed (soaked)WaterFrozen Fruit (variety)Banana
Directions
Soak Flax Seed over night in water (equal parts)

2 Tablespoons of soaked Flax seed
1-2 cups of water
-Blend until thick

Add frozen fruit ( approx. 2 cups) and Blend
strawberry/mango/peach is a great mix.. add more fruit to suit your taste.

Add banana (optional)
