Roast Greek Pork

3 oz - Pork Chop (I don't include bone)1 tsp - Olive Oil1 tsp - Heinz 57 Sauce1 tsp - Garlic minced1 tbsp - Onion sliced1/4 tsp - Fresh Spearmint (optional)1/4 tsp - Oregano, groundDash - Black Pepper to taste
1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF
2. Trim fat off of pork chop (I trim bone as well)
3. Spray baking pan with non stick spray
4. Place meat in pan
5. Cover meat with olive oil and Heinz 57 sauce
6. Sprinkle on garlic and onions
7. Chop mint then sprinkle over meat
8. Sprinkle Oregano over meat
9. Sprinkle Pepper over meat
10. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until onion starts to blacken.
11. Enjoy!
