15-18 Chicken tenderloins9 TBSP Soy Sauce (lite is fine)4 TBSP sesame oil3 tsp garlic powder1 tsp black pepper, ground1-2 TBSP sugar6 TBSP Saki (this is NOT computed into calories because I couldn't find it)1/2 C chopped green onion1 1/2 tsp ground ginger2-3 C prepared rice
Makes 5-6 servings
1. Prepare rice; set aside
2. Cut chicken into strips
3. Put chicken into large skillet (deep if possible)
4. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl (use less if you like a thicker sauce; all ingredients can be modified to taste)
5. Add to chicken
6. Cover; cook 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes
7. Remove lid; cook 15 -20 minutes turning eveyr 5 minutes
8. Cut into bit size pieces, serve over rice, add sauce to taste
