healthy harvest whole grain linguine, 13.25 oz Tomatoes, 1 medium whole cut into bite-sized chunks Broccoli, fresh, 2 stalk cut into pieces (peel and discard the woody part from the stalk and cut into bite sized pieces as well as the florets)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cut in strips Onions,1 medium sized sliced lengthwise(not rings)Garlic, 3 clove choppedMushrooms, fresh sliced, 0.5 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Basil dried, 1 tbsp 3 chicken breasts (no skin or bones) cut into chunks
Put a large pot of water on to boil while you cut up all the veggies and Chicken. Boil the pasta, to al-dente, while you heat up the olive oil in a wok over high heat. begin cooking the chicken, garlic, onions and peppers, then when chicken is cooked through, add the rest of the veggies. Drain the pasta and add to the wok mix. Cook for another couple minutes while mixing together. Serves 6. Some may want to add a little salt which is fine but you must add to your nutrition list. I prefer as is.
