Fish Pie

Ingredients
Directions
3 large Potatoes1 boned & skined cod fillet (any fish optional)half a salmon fillet1 x large onion2 x cups of chopped leeks1 x cup of chopped brocilli & califlower (either optional)2 x large sachets of white sauce (make with skimmed milk = 4 cups approximately)2 cloves of garlicsalt & pepper
Boil the potatoes & mash
Make up the white sauce in a saucepan & add the garlic to it.
Then layer your caserole dish with each layers starting with;
Layer of onion
Layer of chopped leeks
Layer of brocolli - veg optional
Cut up your fish and add
Add in the white sauce
Mix up ingredients in dish
Put into preheated oven at 200c (fan assisted oven) for approx 20mins but check every 10 mins and mix up ingredients.
Then add mashed potatoe layer on top.
Place back into the oven for another 20 mins.
Serve with salad
