Salsa Turkey Loaf

1 lb ground turkey1 large egg1 cup salsa1/2 cup bread crumbs2 tablespoons ground cumin1/2 cup chopped red onion1/2 cup chopped green pepperground black pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop onion and green pepper. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, beaten egg, salsa, cumin, pepper, and chopped onion and green pepper. Mix until well blended, and form into oblong loaf shape in baking pan (preferably a pan which allows drainage underneath.) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
