PJ's Easy "Southern Chicken and Dumplings"

Ingredients
4 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless1 large onion, diced4 cloves garlic4 cayenne peppers8 cups water16 oz package of square wonton wrappers2 cans of cream of mushroom soupsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook chicken, onion, garlic, and pepper in water until tender. Remove chicken and dice. Meanwhile, while chicken is cooling, cut the stack of wonton wrappers in half. When water is at a full rolling boil, add wonton wrappers one at a time (so they dont stick together) stirring. Cook approximately 5 minutes. Add diced chicken and cream of mushroom soup to "dumplings" Add salt and pepper if necessary. Makes 12 1 cup servings
