Italian Bread Sticks

Warm Water, 3/4 cup (110-115 degrees)Granulated Sugar, 1 1/2 T Olive Oil, 2T + 2 tspYeast, 1/4 ounce Salt, 3/4 tsp Flour, 2 1/4 cup Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Italian Seaoning, 1/2 tspI Can't Beleive It's Not Butter SprayParmesan Cheese, grated, 2 1/4 tspCooking Spray
Mix warm water, sugar, yeast and olive oil until yeast is disolved. In bowl mix together flour, salt, garlic powder, and italian seasoning. Add yeast mixture and combine. Cut into 18 pieces. Roll each piece into a 6 inch rope. Place on baking sheet which has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with wax papper that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and allow to rasie in a warm place until doubled - about 30-40 minutes. Bake in a 350 oven for 15 minutes - until just turning golden brown. Rrrremove from oven and spray lightly with butter spray and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Makes 18. Serving is 1 bread stick. Serve with meal or use for dipping seasoned tomato sauce.
