Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
8 slices bread (torn into pieces)10 eggs or egg substitute1 lb.lean pork sausage or turkey sausage2 cups cheddar cheese or lowfat cheddar cheeseI can mushrooms2 cups milk
Directions
Using a 9" x 12" cake style pan, spray sides and bottom with cooking spray. Brown sausage, set aside. Tear bread into pieces and layer on bottom of pan. Spread browned sausage evenly over the top of the bread. Add mushrooms and cheese. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over the top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Cheese should be melted and slightly browned. Serves 12.
