Garbanzo Nuts

Ingredients
Non-stick cooking spray540g canned chickpeas, drained, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels1/2 - 1 tsp coarse sea salt1/2 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 425F. Coat 2 metal cookie sheets with cooking spray.
Toss chickpeas, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a bowl, spread in one even layer between the two sheets.
Lightly mist again with cooking spray.
Roast 25 minutes, then rotate pans, shaking to redistribute beans.
Return to oven and roast a further 15 minutes, until crunchy and bronzed.
Store in an airtight container, but no longer than a couple days.
