Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 500 grams, cookedOnions, red, .25 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 1 stalk, large, choppedApples, (Golden Delicious or similar) .5 medium, choppedMayonnaise, regular (mayo), .5 cup Dill weed, dried, .5 tbsp Tarragon, ground, .5 tbsp Parsley, dried, .5 tbsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Salt, 1 dash Dill Pickles, 2 slice, chopped fine
Directions
Cut cooked chicken into small bites.
Mix chopped celery, onion and apple with the chicken in a bowl.
Add herbs, spices and mayo.
Mix well and chill for a couple of hours.
