Ingredients
3x large carrots grated1x onion finely choppedtsp chilli Fresh or Powdertsp cumincup lentilsLtr veg stock
Directions
fry cumin & chilli in the Olive Oil for 3 mins add prepared veg and lentils, cook for 5-10 mins stirring occasionaly until the vegetables are softning, then add stock.
Bring to the boil and allow to cook for 40 mins. Then blend mixture.
Season with a squeeze of fresh lime to taste.
