Yummy Black Beans

Ingredients
1 can of black beans (with liquid)1 small onion, chopped1 clove of garlic, chopped1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped1/4 tsp cayenne peppersalt to taste
Directions
1. Combine the beans, onion, and garlic in a pot and bring to a boil then reduce to medium-low heat.
2. Season with cilantro, cayenne pepper, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Enjoy!

    I used fresh beans instead of canned and it worked equally well, just needed to leave a little bit of moisture in the pot for cooking. I mixed in some cilantro with the onion and garlic and agian after for a great flavor. Also used tabasco sauce instead of cayenne pepper, still very good. - 4/9/10
