Ingredients
1/4 cup beer1/3 cup fresh lime juice1 tbsp olive oil2 garlic cloves, minced1 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp worcestershire sauce1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped1/2 tsp ground cuminsalt to taste
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together in a ziplock bag and place up to 1.5 lbs are raw chicken breasts and let it marinate for 15 minutes or more. You may grill or saute the chicken until it is cooked through, then cut them up into chicken strips to be served in fajitas.
