Crockpot Chicken and Dumplins (1c serv.)

Ingredients
3 frozen chicken breasts1 can Cream of Chicken Soup1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1.5 canfuls of waterOnion flakes/powder to taste1 large can of mixed vegetables1 pkg refrigerated biscuits
Directions
Spray crock pot with cooking spray to reduce sticking.

Place chicken breasts on bottom of crockpot and cover with soups, water, onion and mixed veggies.

Mix around a bit to combine.

Cut biscuits into quarters and put into crockpot and mix in.

Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir well to shred the chicken and ready to serve!

Makes 6 servings (approx 1 cup each).

    I am going to need to tweek this a bit because this old body can't handle that much sodium but I am going to use some reduced sodium soups & frozen veggies and it should work out well. Thanks for the ideas! I can't wait to try it. - 5/5/09

    I just made it for the first time tonight...it IS kinda salty. Also, I think next time around I'll be putting the dumplings in about halfway through or later. That, or not stir them in.
