Cheesy Chicken Potatoe Soup

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast(shred)1 can 99% fat free chicken broth4 medium potatoes peeled & cubed1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp dried onions 1 can rotel tomatoes8 oz. velveeta cheese(cut up in little chunks)4 cups water
Directions
Cook chicken breast in water until done. take chicken out and let cool. add cubed potatoes,can of chicken broth, rotel tomatoes,garlic powder, & dried onions to water. cook until potatoes are soft. add chicken and velveeta cheese until cheese is melted.( stirring constantly) when cheese is melted it is ready.(use no fat or lite velveeta and it will be less calories & fat.)
