Fiesta Turkey Pockets

1 can Mexican Style Chili Beans (15 ounces)1 can Great Northern Beans (15.8 ounces), rinsed1 teaspoon (or dash) cumin1 pound Ground Turkey (93% lean)1/4 cup chopped red pepper1 1/2 tablespoons canned green chilies2 tablespoons chicken taco seasoning4 thick slices of sweet onion2 tablespoons taco sauce
Combine Mexican beans, great northern beans, and cumin. Combine turkey through taco seasoning and shape into four patties.
On four double thickness aluminum foil squares (about 12" X12"), place slice of onion, turkey patty and then brush with taco sauce. Place 1/3 cup of beans on top. Wrap aluminum foil into packets to seal.
Bake at in 375 degree oven (or grill) for 45 minutes or until internal temperature of turkey is 170 degrees.
Note: You will have leftover beans to warm separately and serve on the side.

I'm sorry - I guess I was not clear in the instructions. I combine the turkey, red pepper, chilies, and taco seasoning together to form the patties.
