Directions
I spray my cast iron skillet with a (fat free no calorie) spray oil and then add water . Place the seasoned chicken in the water. Let it bake at 400 degrees for 45 to an hour.. depending how many pieces of chicken you making. keep adding water as it evaporates.

Serve your juicy chicken breast with your favorite veggie.. or over rice
