Avocado Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
2 tbsp kraft mayo with olive oil1/4 avocado (ripe and soft)2 tsp lemon juice1 tsp or clove of garlic1/2 tsp red pepper (crushed or powder)1 pinch of pepper1/2 oz. chopped anchovies (optional)Water (if necessary)
Directions
Mix mayo and avocado well, making sure to smooth out any chunks of avocado, until the mixture is creamy. Add lemon juice (and water, if desired). Add garlic, red pepper, and black pepper; mix in. Add anchovies if desired.

Makes 2-3 servings.
