Granola Bar (12 bars)

Ingredients

Rolled oats, 210 gramsFlour, whole grain, 40 gramsBaking Soda, 1/2 tspVanilla Extract, 1/2 tspLerum Apple and Pear Sauce, 100 gramsHoney, 70 gramsBrown Sugar, 60 gramsDried Cranberries, 100 gramsFlax Seed, 1 tbsp
Heat oven to 160 degrees (Celcius).
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Choose your own additives. Cranberries and flax in the nutritional info.
Grease a pan (20x30 cm) and add mixture to the pan.
Press down firmly with a baking parchment.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Cool slightly and cut into 12 bars.
Cool completely before serving.
Wrap individually.
Freeze.

Thanks, I'm a metric girl, and there aren't that many recipes using that on SP. I sometimes add sunflower seeds or walnuts.

I made these for a healthy living night at church. The ladies loved it. My kids did too! I had to weigh everythign on a scale as I did not know how to measure it otherwise. Converting would have been inaccurate. I also just used applesauce no pear. I used mixed seeds, nuts and raisons I got at walm - 1/12/10
