Beef Curry

1 lb. ground beef1 med. onion, chopped1/2 head of cabbage, chopped2 med. potatos, cubed1 cup of corn1 tbsp ginger1 tbsp garlic1 tsp turmeric1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground cumindash of black pepperdash of red pepper2 bouillon cubes1/4 cup water
Makes 8 1-cup servings
1. Put ground beef and onion in a large pot. Set heat to medium and allow beef to brown. Add turmeric as beef cooks.
2. Once beef is brown, add cabbage, potato, corn, spices and water. Reduce heat to low and cover.
3. Simmer on low until potatoes are cooked.
Curry is best served over rice.
