This was the first SP main course recipe I have tried. I didn't have rice crisp cereal, nor dry ranch dressing mix, so I crunched up no name rice crackers and ceasar dressing...adapt and overcome! Awesome. - 9/21/15

Made this and loved it! I did dip the chicken in egg whites before I put it in the mix. Loved the crunch, I think that I actually enjoyed it more than I do fried chicken, as there was no grease. - 9/18/12

Was great! Made w/out Parmesan Cheese. added more seasonings and placed all in a ziplock. Sort of like "shake 'n bake". Added 1/2 Tbl of Country Crock (Butter sub) on top of each piece before putting in oven. WONDERFUL!!! - 10/24/09

Delicious. I thought I had corn flakes but didn't so I used Crispix instead and a different brand of dip mix but it still worked very well! - 9/15/09

Awesome recipe. We all loved it. Definately have to make it again. I substituted the corn flakes for Rice Krispies and marinated the chicken in light Italian dressing. - 8/19/09
