Ingredients
Chicken, cooked and cubed1 can Black Beans, rinsedFresh SalsaTaco SeasoningPrepared PolentaMexican Cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


Cut precooked chicken into 1 inch cubes. Slice polenta into 5 pieces. Layer the polenta on the bottom of a round glass baking dish. Sprinkle taco seasoning over polenta. Pour rinsed black beans and container of salsa over polenta. Layer chicken on top of polenta and sprinkle more taco seasoning on chicken. Layer shredded cheese on top. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
