Ingredients
papaya choose carefully, a papaya that looks firm and healthy is probably still at least a week from ripening the less appealing the outer skin looks --the more likely it is to be ripe enough to cut suggestions for ripening cut shallow lengthwise stripes along the side of the fruitand even one of the ends.it will usually be ready soonerdon't cut more than you can eat -- it doesn't hold its freshness foreveryogurt plain low fat for creamy texturesteel cut oats for crunch

just add all three ingredients and slice ripe papaya to desired texture
I mix them in a small dish and then slice the papaya very small to keep it smooth
mix well
