Black Pepper Salmon

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil2 Tbsp black pepper5oz Salmon
Directions
Spread the black pepper on a plate. Smear olive oil on one side of salmon. Lay salmon, oil side down in pepper. Lift and put on baking sheet, peppered side up. Bake at 350 F for around 20 mins or until the fish flakes easily. Enjoy!
