Ingredients
flour (6 tablespoons or 1.5 cup, ideally whole wheat flour), 2 large eggs, 1.5 cup milk (ideally 1% fat) , dash of salt , 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 table spoon olive oil
Directions
blend all ingredients (Except oil) in a blender for 2-5 minutes. in a non stick frying pan, put some oil and when it's hot put 1/15 of the mixture in and make it a pancake . cook on both sides for 1 min. the mixture should make abt 15 , 4" pancakes. serve wt jam and fat free whipped cream :)
