BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad

1 1/2 CupsDole Classic Romaine Lettuce Blend, 1 Plum or Roma Tomato, 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, 1 Tablespoon Pico de Gallo or Salsa, 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 Tablespoon Ranch Dressing and 2 Tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce.
1. Preheat grill or oven to 350 Degrees.
2. Cook chicken breast for about 10 minutes on each side or until internal temperature is 165 Degrees. During the last 5 minutes of cooking brush chicken breast with 1 Tablespoon of Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce.
3. While chicken is cooking chop 1 Tablespoon of Cilantro and mix with Romaine Lettuce Blend. Also chop 1 Roma/Plum Tomato and add to salad mixture.
4. Mix 1 Tablespoon Ranch Dressing with 1 Tablespoon Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce and set aside.
5. After chicken is cooked let cool for about 5 minutes. Then chop chicken and add to salad.
6. Top salad with 1 Tablespoon Pico de Gallo or Salsa and drizzle BBQ Ranch Dressing over top.
